Snr / Facilities Officer

Main duties:

• work closely with vendors on retail shop new setup, renovation, upgrades, defects, maintenance issues
• regular inspections to ensure the retail shops are in good condition and take any preventive maintenance/repair actions
• carry out simple electrical/engineering/repair/maintenance in the office premise
• review and evaluate vendors' performance and contracts
• assist Facilities Manager on budgeting and expenses tracking
• build rapport with mall landlords and a good working relationship
• work closely with agencies to source for new retail spaces, lead the negotiation and review the agreement

Requirements:

• diploma holders with at least 1 year in building/facilities management, preferably with experience dealing with mall landlords
• proficient in MS Office
• good interpersonal skills
