Job Posting for Sales Representative at ETIKA PTE. LTD.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Merchandising: Execute planograms, maintain stock levels, rotate products for freshness, and ensure strong in-store visibility.
Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with store managers, address issues quickly, and provide excellent product knowledge and support.
Sales Growth: Secure orders, upsell and cross-sell products, and work consistently towards sales targets.
Promotions: Implement promotional campaigns, monitor display setups, and report on campaign effectiveness.
Negotiation: Secure prime shelf space, negotiate displays and pricing strategies, and maximize promotional visibility.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock, coordinate replenishments, avoid stock-outs, and minimize wastage.
Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, collect market insights, and share feedback with internal teams.
Competitor Monitoring: Stay updated on competitor activities and identify opportunities to strengthen market presence.
Territory Management: Oversee assigned areas, manage accounts, and ensure consistent performance across stores.
Communication: Document store visits, report progress regularly, and participate in performance reviews with the sales team.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma / GCE 'O' level with at least 2 years working expereinces preferably in FMCG companies.
Preferably possess own vehicle.
