EU Holidays is looking for individuals to join our Japan & Korea tour team as Tour Leaders or Apprentices. We welcome both experienced candidates and fresh talent ready to learn. You'll travel with groups, support or lead tours, and immerse yourself in two of Asia’s most exciting cultures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or assist with guided tours in Japan and South Korea
- Share cultural insights and stories about local landmarks, food, and traditions
- Ensure smooth tour operations (itinerary flow, logistics, customer experience)
- Assist with content creation (e.g. tour highlights for social media)
- Work closely with a team to deliver safe, enjoyable, and memorable travel experiences
Who Should Apply:
Apprentice Track (Entry-Level):
- No prior experience required
- Positive attitude and strong interest in Japan and/or Korea
- Open to learning, flexible, and people-oriented
- Comfortable traveling overseas for extended periods
- Training and mentorship provided
Tour Leader Track (Experienced):
- Experience in leading group tours or customer-facing travel roles
- Confident in managing logistics and engaging a group
- Familiar with Japanese or Korean culture, destinations, and customs
- Able to work independently and represent the company professionally
