Hedge Fund Product Control/IPV manager Singapore

The business operate a hybrid working policy with 4 days in the office and 1 from home

This role will form an integral part of the Product Control function. Run out of the London office the Singapore manager will have 3 on shore staff and several trading pods to support.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Production of the daily Profit and Loss (P&L) across multiple trading desks.
• Working collaboratively inter-departmentally to ensure the accurate P&L and monthly NAV calculations
• Work closely with the trading teams to support on a variety of ad-hoc information requests.
• Present results to senior management in London.
• Lead and Support on process enhancement projects to improve the control environment and systems.

You will be

• An experienced Product Controller with local and international (preferred but not required) experience from a bank or a hedge fund with experience across the Fixed Income spectrum, ideally a combination of linear and non-linear rates experience but other asset classes will be considered.
• A qualified accountant (CPA/ACA or equivalent) CFA qualification also relevant.
• Experienced EXCEL user, any programming skills are beneficial but not essential
• Experience of IPV processes and concepts
• Experience of management of small high-performing teams, strong influencing and leadership skills
• Ability to engage with colleagues across risk, finance and operations
• Experience with process improvement projects with quantifiable value add.
