Job Description
Job Purpose
Plan consols for optimum yield while meeting customers’expectations.
Key Accountabilities
- Make bookings with airlines for export to various destinations via email, or phone calls.
- Build good working relationship with our airline partners.
- Ensure to meet all Pharmaceutical & Healthcare requirement as per GDP/GDPMDS regulations and directives, as required.
- Follow-up on shipments to ensure onboard the scheduled flights and arrive destinations.
- Maximize built-up units and minimize space wastage to increase yields.
- Provide flight details to internal customers timely.
- Ensure that any discrepancy/offloading related to shipments being reported to Customer Service team and other offices promptly.
- Timely processing of recap/settlements with destination offices.
- Verifying airlines invoices and ensure correct amount billed
- Take up additional tasks as required to meet department’s goals.

Qualifications
Minimum Education & Experience
Tertiary education with 3-5 years’ experience airfreight forwarding environment.
