Cost Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and evaluate estimates and cost plans.
• Prepare standard documentation – reports, valuations, letters, financial reports.
• Prepare and evaluate tender documents as required.
• Analyse tenders and prepare tender reports at all stages of procurement.
• Prepare valuations and cost reports; re-measure as necessary and adjust variations.
• Assist in the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims.
• Prepare and agree final accounts.

Requirementsa

• 3-8 years’ experience in quantity survey or cost management.
• Possess a relevant Bachelor’s Degree.
• Preferably have experience working in the industrial projects or data centre projects.
• Good communication skill
• Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
