Job Posting for Customer Support Officer - FRL at FAST CAREER RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD.

Responsibilities:

Provide good customer support to customers
Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries
Respond for quotations, service support and documentation
Prepare and submit quotations to customers promptly
Proactively update customers on their order status and shipment schedules
Coordinate and liaise with customers, forwarders and internal departments to fulfil customers’ orders and ensure timely execution of shipments

Working hours : 0900hrs - 1800hrs (M-F)

Salary : $2500 - $4000

Location: Yio Chu kang / Ang Mo kio
