(FYT) | HR EXECUTIVE | UP TO $3500 PER MONTH TRANSPORT ALLOWANCE | GUL CIRCLE | MON-FRI

Location: Gul Circle (10 Minutes walk from MRT)

Salary:

$3000 - $3500 per month (Depending on experience)

Extra $50 per month transport allowance

Working Hours

Mon to Fri: 830am to 6pm

Job Scope:

- Assist the HR & Admin Department in the full spectrum of HR functions and administrative matters

- Handle recruitment and training activities

- Handle monthly payroll

- Prepare HR letters (employment contract, annual increment and bonus etc.)

- Handle foreign work pass applications and renewals

- Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

- Diploma in HRM

- Competent in MS Word and Excel, cuteOffice Payroll and HR System

- Competent in doing Mail Merge

- min 3 years of relevant experience
