Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage cross geographic offshore towing and anchor handling operations, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and safety standards.
• Provide technical and operational guidance to vessel crews, ensuring efficient and safe execution of marine/towing operations.
• Liaise with clients, charterers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and operational excellence.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and operational audits to drive continuous improvement in safety and performance.
• Support fleet management, including vessel readiness, operational planning, and compliance with international maritime regulations.
• Mentor and train junior officers, promoting a strong safety culture and operational efficiency across the fleet.
  

Key Requirements

• Former Master Mariner/Chief Officer with relevant onshore experience in the capacity of a Superintendent.
• Strong experience in global towing operations, including deep-sea tows or complex offshore projects.
• In-depth knowledge of international maritime regulations, offshore industry standards, and operational risk management.
