RETAILS SALES ASSISTANT + COMMISSION

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at a Feng Shui retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while promoting and selling our range of Feng Shui products. You will assist customers with their inquiries, provide expert advice, and create a welcoming atmosphere in our store.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to walk-in customers, offering assistance with inquiries, purchases, and product-related questions.
• Provide professional, unbiased sales advice on Feng Shui products, offering insights based on customer needs.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring each customer leaves satisfied with their shopping experience.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and that products are displayed and merchandised effectively.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting products.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on the latest trends in Feng Shui.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• A friendly, positive, and approachable personality with strong communication skills.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to work effectively in a retail setting, including weekends and public holidays.
• Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Interest or knowledge of Feng Shui is a plus, but not required.
