Key Responsibilities:
Manage the back-of-house team to ensure smooth daily operations
Prepare and ensure high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards
Ensure smooth service and timely food delivery
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and food safety regulations
Assist in menu planning, inventory management, and cost control
Assist the restaurant management in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
Help maintain a positive and energetic work atmosphere for the team.
Options for 5-day & 6-day work week are available
