Logistics Executive

Company Overview:

We are working with a leading global supplier of food ingredients seeking an experienced Logistics Executive to join the team in Singapore. If you have at least 3 to 5 years of warehouse management outside of Singapore (preferably Oceania region) and managing inbound container shipments, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity.

Summary:

This role will be responsible for the overally logistics in Australia, covering shipments from all over the world into Australia, importation, delivery to the warehouses and trucking goods to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain clear visibility of cargo flows; collaborate closely with logistics and commercial teams
• Review and track all incoming invoices related to each file—covering suppliers, agents, shipping, transport, and warehousing
• Reconcile system and physical stock monthly; manage stock reports and issue delivery instructions to warehouse in Australia and trucking partners
• Build strong client relationships through clear, proactive communication; use phone for urgent or complex matters to ensure top-tier service

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain and Logistics, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of logistics experience regionally
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
• Warehouse management, truck distribution management is highly advantageous
