Assist overall HR Administration for the following: -
• Arranging the mail dispatch or receiving dispatch from outlets
• Prepare name badge for Restaurant Operations
• Drafting of letters (Letter of Employment, Warning Letter etc.)
• Upkeep and maintain the name list for Food & Hygiene certification and scheduling for courses
• Upkeep the quantity of HR Inventory
• Work pass application and renewal
• Maintain and update the organization’s documents in the proper filing system for hardcopy and e-copy retrieval.
2. Support in HR Recruitment Scope
• Support with Part-time/Full Time employment, Part-time/Full Time on boarding and off boarding and maintain accurate employee data management in the system and their p-file.
• Support the HR Manager in internship arrangement and register them in the Info Tech, and support in providing their records for the grant submission.
• Support in responding the employee enquiries, guardian on the HR systems usage to the employee and any HR-related matters.
• Support in responding HR general line and inquiries from candidates
• Support talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Support the employee on boarding and off boarding process with the employees and the related departments.
• Involved in planning and executing the events for the staff engagement and welfare programmes.
• Assist in training coordination and ensure the training records are kept updated at all times (Orientation slides, Code of Conduct etc.)
• Other HR & Admin tasks as assigned
