Ensuring the kitchen is orderly and assisting Cooks to prepare and arrange food.
Slicing and chopping ingredients, maintaining kitchen equipment, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
Providing support to Chefs in achieving culinary excellence while adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
Cleaning the kitchen area and washing dishes and utensils.
Maintain and manage kitchen expenses,food costs, inventory, and staffing with in budgetary limits.
This position oversees all aspects of the food service and must be able to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and other cooks.
Night Job, able work at weekends and public holidays.
