Full-Time Sales Assistant

Working Hours (Rotating shifts, NO fix morning shifts):

• 8.30am-5.30pm/ 9am-6pm
• 10am-10pm/ 12pm-10pm

Working Days: 6 days per week

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Process cash and digital payments accurately using the POS system.
• Ensure bakery products are neatly displayed, properly labeled, and stocked at all times.
• Assist in packing and arranging bakery items.
• Keep the sales counter, display shelves, and dining area clean and organized.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards (wearing gloves, proper handling of food items).
• Assist in basic housekeeping duties.
• Assist in inventory checks and restocking shelves when needed.
• Support the bakery team with light food preparation, packaging tasks and simple decoration and make-up on baked products.
• Follow company policies and procedures for smooth outlet operations.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in F&B/ Retail/ Customer Service is a plus (but not mandatory).
• No experience candidates are also welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends & PH.
