Concierge
As a Concierge, you’ll be the key point of contact for our guests, responding to their diverse requests with precision and a personal touch. Your ability to understand their needs, offer tailored recommendations, and go above and beyond will be essential in creating exceptional guest experiences. You'll be part of a team that consistently delivers outstanding service, all while adhering to the renowned Four Seasons standards.
What you will do
Coordinate and fulfill guest requests for special services, such as transportation, reservations, or dry cleaning, by making arrangements or connecting with trusted service providers.
Handle unique guest requests with care and ensure follow-up to guarantee their satisfaction.
Share curated information about the property and surrounding area, including local attractions, events, and activities, to enhance the guest experience.
Manage guest calls, messages, and inquiries, promptly addressing their needs by contacting the relevant departments (e.g., Bellperson, Housekeeping) to resolve any issues.
Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to the manager and complete all required safety training and certifications.
Greet every guest warmly, anticipate and respond to their needs, and show genuine appreciation with every interaction.
What you bring
Diploma in Hospitality Studies or equivalent.
Advantageous to have 1 year of relevant experience with a luxury hospitality brand.
Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload and handle pressure.
Pleasant disposition with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of Opera System would be added advantage.
