📍 Location: 61 Fernvale Link
💰 Salary: $10-$15/hr
🕒 Working Days: Monday to Sunday (Flexible by shift planning)
We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to be part of our exciting new brand – Sand n Co! If you love coffee, great food, and delivering top-notch customer service, we want you!

✅ Retail Executive
✅ Barista
✅ Service Crew
Job Responsibilities:
Retail Executive:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth service flow.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product displays.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries or feedback.
- Train and mentor service crew and barista team members.
- Assist in tracking sales performance and achieving store targets.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.
Barista:
- Prepare and serve high-quality gourmet & Nanyang coffee with precision and consistency.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Recommend coffee blends and beverages based on customer preferences.
- Ensure proper coffee bean storage and milk frothing techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and equipment.
- Work closely with the team to deliver a great café experience.
Service Crew:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Prepare and serve sandwiches, beverages, and other menu items.
- Operate the cashier and handle transactions.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure food presentation meets brand standards.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Work as a team to provide a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
What We Look For:
✔️ Passion for coffee, food, and customer service
✔️ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✔️ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔️ Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
✔️ Prior barista or F&B experience is a plus (but not required – training provided!)
💡 Training will be provided – Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome!
