Job Posting for Events Operations Manager at GENIEBOOK PTE. LTD.
Your Role: As the backbone of our events, you’ll oversee the end-to-end operations of our roadshows and events, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. From planning to execution, you’ll play a key role in delivering unforgettable experiences.
Responsibilities:
Pre-Event Preparation: - Manage inventory and procure materials needed for each roadshow.
Plan and optimize transport routes for setup and dismantling.
Coordinate manpower for weekend overnight setups and dismantling.
On-Site Execution: Lead the setup and coordination of venues, including furniture arrangement, technical equipment installation, and décor.
Crisis Management: Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues during setup and event days, ensuring smooth operations.
Post-Event Duties: Oversee dismantling, equipment maintenance, and ensure all items are restored to their original condition.
Safety & Compliance: Coordinate risk assessments, safety regulations, and documentation to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in events and operations management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
A creative problem-solver who can think on their feet in fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with event logistics, vendor coordination, and technical setups (e.g., construction, electrical knowledge is a plus).
Ability to work on weekends -
Possess a Class 3 driver’s license and the ability to drive a 14-foot truck.

Working Hours/Days: 3 Weekdays & 2 Weekends (10am - 7pm)
