Project Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions
• Monitor and manage project costs and cash flows
• Evaluate and handle subcontractor contracts and claims
• Prepare interim progress claims and final accounts
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and project teams
• Support ISO audit processes as required
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering exercises
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and relevant legal regulations

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of contract laws and project claims is required
• Working experience in Addition & Alteration (A&A) works will be an advantage
• Experience in ISO audits will be an added advantage
• Able to follow project-specific working hours
• Attach to a project team and support various projects as assigned
