Tender Quantity Surveyor (Builder)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project tendering and contract management activities, working closely with the Senior Contract Manager and other project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Senior Contract Manager
• Attend site show rounds and tender interviews as required
• Study and analyze tender specifications and drawings
• Perform quantity take-offs for project tendering
• Source and procure materials required for projects
• Evaluate price comparisons and prepare costing summaries
• Prepare tender and contract documents
• Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and all relevant project stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams for the compilation of project cost estimates
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Relevant experience in a similar role will be an advantage
• Salary package commensurate with qualifications and experience
