Operations
Responsible for the daily operations of retail outlet
Monitor sales & manage inventory level to ensure adequate stock to maximize sales
Responsible for the stock variance within his/her shop
Assist in manpower planning
Maintain high level of customer service standards
Create a friendly and yet competitive sales environment to maximize sales output
Ensure in-store display is carried out according to VM instruction or guideline
Staff Management
Instruct and supervise staff in correct execution of all company operations
Coach and counsel staff with regard to the standard set by the company
Ensure that staff adheres to company's code of conduct & ensure fair practice at work
Requirements:
GCE "O", "N" Level or ITE certificate
2 to 3 years of sales experience or customer service experience
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (6 days workweek)
Excellent verbal communication and selling-up skills
Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service
