We are dedicated to providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring that their refrigerated containers remain in optimal condition during the transporting perishable goods.

We are currently seeking a skilled Reefer Container Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on refrigerated (reefer) containers, including electrical systems, cooling units, and mechanical components.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with reefer units and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to complete repairs efficiently and ensure minimal downtime.
• Provide accurate documentation of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory of parts used.
• Respond to emergency repair requests as needed, prioritizing urgent repairs to minimize service disruptions.
• Sourcing reliable reefer container parts suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the maintenance and repair of reefer containers or similar equipment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical components, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Relevant certifications in refrigeration or electrical work are a plus (e.g., HVAC certification).
