Project Manager (Network Infrastructure, Contract)

• Partner with the Project Lead, Owner, or Sponsor to advance strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals by contributing to the creation and execution of detailed project plans, including schedules, key milestones, resource planning, and interdependencies.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle—from gathering requirements to successful implementation—ensuring adherence to project management standards and delivery within defined scope, budget, timeline, and expected outcomes, with established baselines and traceability.
• Engage in early-stage project planning, such as estimating effort and structuring teams, while consistently tracking progress to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Evaluate and manage project interdependencies to proactively identify potential challenges, maintain an issue log for resolution tracking, and stay updated on regulatory, technological, and security trends to strengthen risk mitigation and compliance efforts.
• Deliver regular updates on project progress, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders and senior leadership, promoting transparency, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration, while also managing relationships with internal and external partners to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Proactively identify and escalate potential risks, promote risk management best practices, and provide timely management reports and insights to support well-informed decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with more than 7 years of experience managing IT projects - focused on networking.
• Lead comprehensive project execution through meticulous planning that covers timelines, milestones, resource distribution, and dependencies, while cultivating a collaborative, transparent, and accountable team culture.
• Clearly communicate project updates, risks, and critical decisions to stakeholders and executive leaders, backed by a proven ability to manage project delivery and ensure timely, successful outcomes.
• Proficient in assessing new network architectures and solutions for production readiness, with strong knowledge of security technologies such as SD-WAN, firewalls, secure web gateways, LAN/WLAN, SASE, NAC, and VPNs.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert by aligning business needs and system requirements with appropriate technical solutions, and possess hands-on experience in managing complete software development lifecycles, particularly using the waterfall methodology.
• Demonstrate advanced expertise in project management and business analysis, with the leadership skills needed to handle complex stakeholder environments and large-scale initiatives.
• Collaborative team leader with strong influence and exceptional communication and presentation skills that facilitate alignment and drive execution across diverse teams.
