Safety Engineer (EHS in Manufacturing / SEMI knowledge) | MNC

Responsibilities

• Improve and promote company safety policies to ensure a safe work environment.
• Perform the risk assessment in manufacturing and office settings to provide corrective actions to reduce the potential of incidents from identified hazards.
• Assist in the investigation of accidents or incidents to discover the causes and find solutions.
• Evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and ensure adherence to both the law and company guidelines
• Conduct training sessions and presentations for safety matters and accident prevention.

Requirements

• A Degree in Occupational / Workplace Safety and Health or Safety & Health Management studies.
• Prior experience as in the scopes of WSH/EHS for equipment, manufacturing field.
• Possess excellent communication skills to effectively present and explain safety trainings to employees.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Able to travel to various project sites in order to perform job duties.
• A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player.
