ASSISTANT CINEMA MANAGER
Responsibilites:
Understanding and able to perform the job responsibilities of a Cinema Executive
Ensuring the location is sufficiently stocked in terms of concession inventory, cash float and administrative peripheral
Assisting to manage the location by taking initiatives and actions to improve the business
Keep location’s staff updated on location’s objectives, and marketing and promotional activities, and carried out
Managing location’s staff morale and performance through motivation, discipline and career guidance
Supporting and driving marketing and concessions programmes and efforts
Conduct recruitment of location staff
Ensuring location is kept in tip-top condition and maintenance issues are swiftly attended to
Maintain a cordial and effective working relationship with external vendors and contractors
Undertaking random assignments and projects
Requirements:
Recognised diploma with operations experience in cinema, F&B, hospitality or retail industry
Service-oriented, hardworking and willingness to learn are important attributes
Ability and maturity to communicate and interact with all levels of personnel within and outside the organisation
Able to perform rotating shifts on flexible working hours
Those with F&B experience will be favourably considered
