Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead web and digital projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for driving the execution of website builds, enhancements, and integrations using tools like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Power Apps, and SharePoint Online. You’ll also be closely managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure high-quality and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end web and digital projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Follow up closely on project timelines, monitor daily progress, and coordinate task dependencies.
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders, translating business needs into clear deliverables.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, content teams, and vendors to deliver engaging and user-friendly web experiences.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of websites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other content management systems.
• Manage and support SharePoint Online projects, including site creation, customization, and user management.
• Coordinate the development and integration of Power Apps and other Microsoft 365 tools to streamline business processes.
• Track and manage project budgets, resource allocation, procurement, and third-party costs.
• Conduct regular status meetings, provide progress updates, and escalate risks or blockers when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to accessibility, performance, and security standards across web platforms.
• Document project processes, decisions, and lessons learned to contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Digital Media, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of project management experience, particularly in web or digital platforms.
• Experience managing projects involving AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), Power Apps, and SharePoint Online.
• Familiarity with website analytics, SEO principles, and content workflows.
• Proficient in using project management tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or CMS templating languages will be an added advantage.
• Experience with website optimization, user testing, or accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite tools, Power BI, and workflow automation preferably.
