Loan and Remittance Operation (Banking, Up to $3.9k + VB)

Responsibilites:

• Carry out day-to-day back office operations including settlements and data entry for loans, securities, and money market transactions.
• Handle account processing activities for various banking operations such as deposits, loans, remittances, securities, foreign exchange, payments, and GST-related transactions.
• Support settlement-related administrative tasks, including AML/CFT name screening, submission of FATCA and CRS reports, invoice processing, and GST refund requests.
• Operate and manage core banking systems such as the accounting system, settlement system (e.g., SWIFT), and custody platforms.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of the bank’s accounting system and its related subsystems.
• Monitor and verify fund transfers (both inward and outward) and ensure accuracy in customer account transactions.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data entry, preferably within a corporate or banking environment.
• Proficiency in computer usage for data input and basic functions in Microsoft Excel.
• A team-oriented attitude with a cheerful and cooperative disposition.
