Job Description:

• General administrative tasks, primarily handling customer orders and coordinating product delivery schedules
• Coordinate with various offices in Shenzhen, Vietnam and Japan to handle the order
• Taking over administrative tasks from their foreign office(closing in May)

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of working experience
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Japanese (JLPT N1) to liaise with internal and external counterpart in China and Japan.

• Experience as trade administration or logistics operation
