Senior Officer - (Banking - Corporate Fund Finance)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the closing process and daily loan operations in collaboration with the internal back-office and treasury teams.
• Conduct investor analysis to support the credit approval process for fund finance transactions.
• Perform ongoing credit monitoring and prepare annual rating review reports.
• Carry out KYC/AML investigations and reporting for both new and existing client accounts.
• Generate various internal performance and accounting reports for the SG Branch/TKO HO.
• Contribute to fund finance projects and assist with their implementation process.
• Take a leading role in loan administration, credit monitoring/analysis, and internal reporting to support the fund finance business.
• Implement fund finance initiatives.
• Support ad-hoc tasks and projects across different areas of the fund finance business.
• Contribute to team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Complete any other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in fund finance, structured finance, or corporate finance.
• Experience in a middle office or administrative role at a bank.
• Solid understanding of corporate banking products and operations.
• Strong analytical abilities to generate credit and performance analysis reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with both internal and external parties.
• Ability to understand and adapt to the bank’s policies and procedures (including credit, employment, compliance, conduct, etc.).
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
