We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Wealth Relationship Manager to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing clients by delivering personalized wealth management solutions and superior client service.

Responsibilities:

• Serve individual retail customers and advise them on various personal banking and financial products and services offered by the bank.
• Engage customers through branch banking touchpoints, tele-appointments, and outreach programs to identify opportunities.
• Provide holistic financial planning advice to customers based on sound financial knowledge.
• Identify and recommend suitable financial solutions to help customers achieve their financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and adhere to rules and guidelines when conducting business.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients and maintain strong customer engagement.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers to assess their evolving financial needs.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or a diploma from a local polytechnic.
• Interest in financial planning or wealth management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to conduct yourself professionally.
• Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends.
