Senior Sales Representative

You will:

• Develop and support the strategic growth initiatives of the sales team.
• Manage daily sales operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and nurturing existing accounts.
• Assist in developing a robust sales training program to enhance team capabilities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to influence the product roadmap with data-driven insights.
• Refine and enhance sales strategies and processes to achieve business objectives.
• Provide exceptional support for major accounts and oversee the execution of large-scale events.

We’re looking for someone with:

• More than 2 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the catering or hospitality industry.
• Demonstrated experience in middle management or leading a small team.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to best-in-class engagement.
• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills to effectively guide a team.
• High intellectual curiosity with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Agility in starting projects and driving them to completion amidst ambiguity.
