Operations Executive

-Understanding the construction plan of the project, liaising with clients and reporting on progress to staff and the public.

-Monitoring build costs and project progress, determining the time constraints to complete the job.

-Buying materials for each phase of the project, identifying the raw material and manpower required.

-Supervising along with the contractor the construction site, and day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise.

-Managing daily activities on the site, working in collaboration with Engineers, Architects, Contractors, and other team members.

-Ability to work in harsh conditions, working on-site in all weathers, at clients’ businesses or in a sit office.

-Ensuring the subcontractors are following the blueprints, and checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.

-Work experience in the Construction company as a Site Engineer, Civil Engineer, or a similar role.

-Conducting quality and safety inspections.

-Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.

-Receive complaints and resolve problems.

-Employee issues and disputes, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

-They ensure that their team adheres to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
