Operations Developer (Singapore)

This role is perfect for someone eager to make an impact by ensuring smooth crypto transaction workflows while developing Python scripts to optimize operations.

What You Will Do

• Develop Python scripts to automate & streamline crypto transaction workflows
• Work hand-in-hand with engineers and operations teams to optimize existing solutions
• Ensure funds are available across platforms for trading by checking balances and manually moving funds where needed.
• Oversee the entire trade process, including handling deposits, completing settlements, and tracking trades to ensure everything runs as planned
• Manage Asia fiat-to-crypto flow, including capital allocation decisions
• Support preparation of financial data by reconciling exchange balances with internal systems and contributing to accurate financial reports
• Develop and run key operational controls, such as position reconciliation at the start of the day, to capture any breaks in PnL related to position discrepancies
• Analyze data and gather insights to support decision-making processes
• Participate in other day-to-day crypto transaction operations

What We Expect

• Strong knowledge of Python programming
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience (internships or personal projects count!)

• Ability to work independently & take ownership of project
  
• Readiness to work in Singapore (first 3 months onboarding in Latvia)

Extra Points For

• Experience with automation tools and scripting
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and operational workflows
• Knowledge of accounting and/ or financial statements
• Hands-on experience with SRE (Site Reliability Engineering)
• Interest in data research, big data, or data science
• Exposure to cloud platforms and deployment automation
• Track record of coding competitions or hackathons
• Experience in managing fiat-to-crypto flows in Asia
• Understanding of capital allocation strategies in crypto trading operations.
• Experience with position reconciliation and operational controls for monitoring PnL accuracy.
