Grow Through Learning Pte Ltd is a Math learning centre for 4 - 12 year old students, specialising in making concepts easier for students to understand through fun and interactive activities.

Our team strives to empower and encourage every child to be who he/she really is so as to inspire him/her to enjoy the subjects well and eventually become a self-directed learner.

Teacher Role:

• Understand & assess student’s conceptual understanding, interests and gaps.
• Plan and coach them with individualized and engaging lesson plans.
• Develop a positive and encouraging classroom environment.
• Build strong rapport and relationships with students and parents.
• Monitor student’s learning progress and communicative effectively to provide regular feedback to parents or guardians.
• Continuously share and discuss improvements to teaching pedagogy and methods.
• Assist in curriculum planning for students with different needs.
• Support and cover teachers who are absent.
• Able to work on weekday afternoons and weekends, either Sat or Sun or both.
• Part time roles available.

Requirements

• Cheerful personality and passionate about working with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competence and interest in Mathematics. Understanding of the MOE syllabus will be an advantage.
• Open and committed to centre training.
• Commitment to a permanent stint at the centre.
• Prior teaching experience (as private tutors or at other centres) with demonstration of teaching pedagogy will be preferred.

· Mon: 3pm – 730pm

· Tues: 3pm – 730pm

· Wed: 3pm – 730pm

· Thurs: 3pm – 730pm

· Fri: 3pm – 730pm

· Sat: 9am- 6pm

· Sun: 930am – 5pm
