Job Description
We’re looking for a highly driven and analytical Analytics & Planning Intern for our APAC team in Singapore. In this role you will be working with big data, testing, analyzing, building models, and designing various analytical reports to provide strategic insights to top management and key stakeholders across different functions. Besides your technical expertise, you will also be building strong relationships with key users and utilizing business acumen to translate their business needs to technical terms. The ideal candidate will have a keen sense of curiosity, be passionate about strategy & insights development, and be comfortable handing large amounts of numbers and data.
Responsibilities
Analyze existing reports to different stakeholders, identify process gaps and optimize them for standardization across the company
Manage end-to-end analyses; identify issues, gather information from various sources, analyze data, interpret patterns and trends, build models, give recommendations, and create insightful automated reports
Translate business needs into BI reports with unique use cases for key users
Automate and validate newly created reports and develop corrective actions to improve data integrity and quality
Set up and maintain BI tools, infrastructure, and integration with internal and external data sources
Support ad-hoc data requests & reporting
Qualifications
Adept at the use of data visualization tool such as Power BI. Knowledge of project management (agile methodology), database management (SQL, Cognos Analytics) and CRM tool (Salesforce, Adobe Campaign) is preferred
Excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Power apps and Power automate
Analytical with strong business acumen to work with large amounts of data to discover patterns and trends and to form conclusions based on findings
Creative and curious to learn about the business, able to research independently to propose new process and solutions to address the business requirements
Excellent communication skills, and strong storytelling skills with data
Team player with an ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Quick learner and proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
On track to graduate from bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or any other analytical field
Able to commit for a full time 6 months internship (Jul 25 to Dec 25)
