Senior Resident Engineer (Tunnel)

Job Description

• Responsible for assisting the QP(Supervision) in all technical matters and performance in the supervision work and work closely with them and all other colleagues.
• To supervise the contractor’s works based on the approved drawings and in compliance with the LTA’s specifications and requirements including safety, materials and workmanship as well as in compliance with BCA’s regulations.
• To keeping site records and all necessary site documentations in assisting the QP(Supervision) in discharge of his statutory duties.
• Liaise and coordinate with client/consultants to resolve technical and or interfacing issues with other consultants and contractors

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Civil/Structural recognized by PE Board Singapore.
• Must have at least 8 years experience supervising underground MRT works or bored tunnelling experience.
• Strong knowledgement of Civil & Structural details, working drawings and MRT construction.
• Must be conversant with local building codes and regulations.
• Good supervisory and leadership skills.
