Job Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the target segment.
  • Develop and execute client acquisition strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand clients' investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial needs.
  • Provide clients with regular market updates, investment recommendations, and portfolio reviews.
  • Proactively address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

2. Investment Solutions and Advisory:

  • Offer a wide range of investment products and services, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and structured products.
  • Develop customized investment solutions tailored to clients' specific needs.
  • Provide investment advice and guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions.

3. Business Development and Revenue Generation:

  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and events.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.

4. Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
  • Manage client portfolios within established risk parameters.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in client relationship management or sales within the financial industry, preferably in securities or wealth management.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and managing client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
