a) Partifcating in the compant tendering exercise

b) Taking off Quantity and cost estimation

c) Reports to Managment

d) May needs to Works from the project site

e) Preparing contract documents , calling quotation for sub contractor selection

f) Preparing and coordinating the project progress claims , sub con progress claims , certification etc

g) To due with variation orders , finalisation of the claims, contract and drawings

h) Familar with computer with micro soft , auto cad or BIM

i) Able to works indepently and to deliver within the targeted times
