The Head of Brand (Sales & Marketing) is responsible for defining and executing Harry’s brand strategy, growing brand awareness, and driving revenue through marketing and catering sales. This role requires a strategic and creative leader with a deep understanding of brand positioning, performance marketing, partnerships, and customer engagement—while also being commercially driven to expand catering and event sales.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Growth
- Lead and evolve Harry’s brand positioning, storytelling, and guest experience to strengthen brand affinity.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints—from in-store experiences to digital presence.
- Identify opportunities to refresh and innovate the brand in alignment with market trends and consumer behaviours.
Marketing & Guest Engagement
- Develop and execute 360° marketing campaigns that drive foot traffic, reservations, and loyalty growth.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media, CRM & loyalty marketing, brand partnerships and PR efforts to amplify brand presence.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize performance marketing, customer segmentation, and campaign effectiveness.
Catering & Event Sales
- Grow and manage corporate and private catering sales, driving revenue through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
- Develop catering and event packages tailored to different customer needs, from corporate gatherings to social celebrations.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and key accounts to increase catering leads and conversions.
Partnerships & Business Development
- Collaborate with landlords, F&B brands, alcohol suppliers, and corporate partners to enhance brand visibility and sales.
- Develop co-branded collaborations to attract new audiences.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and mentor a team across brand, marketing, and sales, ensuring alignment and execution of brand goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, culinary, and finance) to integrate brand initiatives and marketing campaigns seamlessly.

Qualifications & Experience
- 8 years of experience in brand marketing, F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
- Proven success in catering sales, marketing strategy, and business development.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, partnerships, and digital engagement.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and working with external partners.
- Ability to drive both brand storytelling and revenue-generating initiatives.
