Your new role

As the Internal Audit Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will be responsible for performing overall risk assessments and developing annual internal audit plans for the company and its branches. Your duties will include planning and executing audit assignments, preparing and discussing audit reports with local management and the Regional Audit Director, and following up on remedial actions taken by management. Additionally, you will provide timely updates on the audit plan, major observations, and issues, report the status of the audit plan to the Audit Committee, and conduct investigations of employee fraud. You will also manage the budget and forecasting of internal audit resources, identify opportunities for continuous process improvement, and liaise with local regulators as an audit representative.

What you'll need to succeed

For you to be successful in this role, you will have:

• 6–8 years of audit experience in the Big4 and/or Insurance industry (pure Big4 are welcome)
• Qualified professional designation such as CPA, CIA, CFE, CISA, etc. would be highly advantageous
• Strong report writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to work independently and being extremely hands-on yourself
• The flexibility to travel 10-15% in the year throughout Asia Pacific
