Functional Consultant (Dynamics 365)

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant – AR and Finance to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Finance modules within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FO). The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in finance processes and D365 FO to design tailored solutions, provide end-user training, and ensure seamless system integration. This role requires a deep understanding of AR and financial workflows, a collaborative approach to cross-functional teams, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the AR and Finance modules within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FO)
• Configure and customize the AR and Finance modules to meet client needs
• Provide expertise in AR and Finance processes, including billing, collections, cash management, and financial reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AR and Finance modules with other systems
• Conduct user training and support to ensure effective utilization of the AR and Finance modules
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the AR and Finance modules
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in AR and Finance

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant with a focus on D365 FO, specifically in AR and Finance modules
• Strong understanding of AR and Finance processes and best practices
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FO) with specific experience in AR and Finance modules
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certification in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is a plus
