To groom young talent in insurance and risk management industry, we are now hiring the following position

Management Associate

to join our growing team in Singapore office. This will be a 2 years programs of accelerated comprehensive pathway through structure 24 Months career development program that includes

· Program Structure & Benefit

· Professional Insurance designation(s) awarded by The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), UK

· Online Ethics Programme

· International Insurance Programme, London, UK

· Mentoring by senior managers

· Professional Certificate awarded by Singapore College of Insurance

· Functional Rotations

Requirements

· High level of numeracy and computer literacy required;

· Strong MS Office skills;

· Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) demonstrated in current role and ability to show initiative and pro-activeness in the completion tasks.

· Ambitious and committed to build a career in the Insurance and Risk Management Industry

· Outstanding CCA Records and Leadership Qualities

· Emotional Intelligence, Interpersonal and Communication skills

· Good Class Honours Degree from Recognized Universities, any major (preference : Risk Management & Insurance, Business, Finance, Banking & Finance)

· Fresh Graduate or graduate in 2025
