Risk and Control Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Risk Identification & Mitigation

• Identify, assess, and analyze operational risks across GFMO regions
• Design and implement mitigation measures for identified risks

Risk Assessments & Compliance

• Participate in periodic assessments: RCSA, ICAAP, Annual Risk Review
• Recommend control improvements to strengthen risk posture

Risk Reporting & Metrics

• Prepare detailed reports for risk forums/business units
• Track and monitor KPIs, KCIs, KRIs, and operational incidents

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operational risk management or a related field
• Strong grasp of risk management principles
• Proven experience with risk assessments, control design, and implementation
• Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• Knowledge or work experience on Treasury & Markets Products and end-to-end Ops processes throughout a trade life cycle.
