Last Mile Logistics Manager/ Drivers/ Contractors

Responsibilities:

✔ Oversee last-mile delivery operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness

✔ Manage fleet operations, route planning, and driver coordination

✔ Implement strategies to reduce failed deliveries and improve on-time performance

✔ Work with e-commerce partners and customers to resolve delivery issues

✔ Analyze delivery data to identify bottlenecks and improve KPIs

✔ Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Requirements:

✅ Experience in last-mile logistics, courier services, or e-commerce delivery

✅ Experience managing independent drivers or fleet partners

✅ Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
