We are currently seeking an Advanced Project Engineer (Energy Manger) to join our BA team in our Changi Business Park, Singapore office. As an Advanced Project Engineer (Energy Manger) here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable building practices and energy efficiency in Singapore. Your expertise in BCA Green Mark certification and energy management will be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their sustainability goals and reduce their environmental impact. You will report directly to LOB 312 and you'll work out of our Singapore location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting energy audits, assessing building performance, and providing recommendations to improve energy efficiency and sustainability. Your work will directly contribute to the development of green and sustainable buildings in Singapore, promoting a more environmentally friendly and energy-efficient built environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct BCA Green Mark energy audits and assessments for buildings
• Evaluate building performance and identify energy-saving opportunities
• Provide recommendations and strategies to improve energy efficiency and sustainability
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to implement energy-saving measures
• Stay updated on BCA Green Mark requirements and industry best practices
  
  

Must Have

• BCA Green Mark Energy Manager Auditor and Certified qualification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in energy management or sustainable building practices
• Strong knowledge of BCA Green Mark certification requirements and energy efficiency measures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Experience in conducting energy audits and assessments for buildings
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices and technologies
