TECHNICIAN

Location: 15 Kian Teck Crescent, Singapore 628884
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (report by 7:30/8:00 AM to collect parts)
Work Days: 5.5 days/week (review after 3 months, may shift to 6 days)

Responsibilities:

• Installation, repair & maintenance of appliances (washing machines, water heaters, gas)
• Troubleshooting electrical, gas, and water issues
• Managing multiple service requests independently
• Providing professional customer service

Requirements:

• Class 3 driving license
• EMA/PUB licenses for electrical, gas, and water appliances
• ITE/Diploma in Engineering preferred
• 2–3 years of related experience
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
