BIM ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL/MECHANICAL) [Job Code2501101A]

Responsibilities:

• Assist BIM coordination, create and edit BIM models.
• Understand other trades that involve electrical/mechanical and draw electrical/mechanical drawings in layout and single line diagram.
• Complete BIM/AutoCAD drawings timely and quality manner.
• Prepare proposal, shop & as-built drawing.
• Prepare coordination drawing.
• Conduct clash detection and conflict solution.
• Perform site survey and inspection to ensure precision of drawing.
• Attend contractors meeting and update keep the Engineers involved up-to-date for any changes or new requirement
• Review design drawings demo contractors and vendors
• Prepare and print out as-built drawings for OMM, ensuring the accuracy in drawing
• Follow up with comments from client and consultants on as-built drawings

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree / ITE / BCA or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in BIM Modelling using Revit and AutoCad Software
• Knowledge in Naviswork and Rendering Software is an advantage
• Experienced in modelling and drafting M&E and Fire Protection Services
• Familiar with Singapore CIM Guidelines and Code of Practice
• Background in Data Centre is an advantage
• Is a team player and able to work with minimum supervision and under pressure
