RC Pile Operator

Job Description:

• Operate reinforced concrete pile driving machines (e.g., hydraulic static pile driver, bored piling rigs, hammer piling rigs).

• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and work instructions.

• Perform daily equipment inspections, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of piling machinery.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations and environmental standards.

• Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and other construction workers to complete piling works efficiently.

• Record piling progress, equipment usage, and report any operational issues.

• Adhere to quality control procedures to ensure proper pile installation.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating piling machinery in construction projects.

• Valid BCA Driven Piling Operation Certificate is required.

• Familiarity with WSH Act and construction site regulations.

• Physically fit and comfortable working in outdoor construction environments.

• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with supervisors and workers.

• Willingness to work overtime and weekends if required.

Additional Preferences:

• Experience in different piling methods such as bored piling, driven piling, or micro piling.

• Knowledge of basic machine maintenance and repair.
