Project Manager

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage frontend projects, ensuring all tasks and deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints while delivering quality results.
• Identify and communicate potential concerns or risks, and implement best practices for risk management.
• Organize and conduct project meetings, documenting minutes with action plans and deadlines.
• Maintain the completeness, accuracy, and proper storage of project documents.
• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders regularly.
• Stay up-to-date with frontend technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Provide operational support and handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using suitable systems, tools, and techniques.
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Head of Department (HOD).

QUALIFICATIONS

• A recognized degree in Civil Engineering, accredited by the Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or civil engineering with project management capacity
• Experience with underground utilities, particularly in cable pipelines, is highly advantageous
• Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on driving results and meeting project goals
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• Service-oriented, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently, while leading teams to deliver projects successfully

• Work Schedule: 6-day work week.
• Location: Office at No. 3 Sungei Kadut Drive, Singapore 729556 (North Singapore)
