Job Posting for FOREMAN at IDEALS RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD.

Able to work independently and Supervise Construction work
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and technical specifications
Attend site meetings and inspections
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
Conduct safety toolbox meetings daily
Ensure compliance with health and safety training and reporting requirements
Ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency
Manage the workshop and ensure all the productions are running smoothly
Manage issues on-site and resolve them
Manage the store and ensure all the tools, equipment, PPE, and materials are sufficient
Manage and arrange transportation and timing for workers for different job site
Manage and arrange working schedules for staggered off days and rest day
Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays
Prepare monthly site progress report
Record, update, and maintain records for site progress
Review and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
Submission of required documents to authorities
Supervise and monitor subcontractor work and progress
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
